| The 2008 Company of the Year – Under 5 Employees is literally located “half-way to the North Pole”. Peninsula Junction Emporium is a one-stop shop on Highway 6. There you can find a delicious hot breakfast or lunch, a convenience store, gas bar, ice cream and movie rentals. P.J.s is a place where tourists feel welcome and locals feel appreciated. Owner Sherri Nabert and her dedicated staff keep P.J.’s open seven days a week year round because people have grown to depend on them. Sherri can be found most days working in the kitchen with a friendly smile, chatting with the customers as she’s busy cooking the day’s special. Construction crews and travellers keep coming back because the food is good, the portions are large and the service is fantastic. Sherri and Peninsula Junction embodies the spirit of the P.E.A.K.
