| Carla Bruce is a determined entrepreneur that grew a business that she began in the basement of her parent’s home, into a full service massage clinic with a prominent storefront location in downtown Kincardine. Trigger Points offers massage therapy, reflexology, infra red sauna therapy and acupuncture therapy. Carla not only has created a career for herself, but employs two full time massage therapists and an administrative assistant. She is a graduate of D’arcy Lane Institute in London, and from Georgian College’s Business Administration program. For the first two years of operation, she maintained employment two days a week at Kay Chiropractic & Wellness Centre in London, while continuing to manage all aspects of her new business in Kincardine. Carla acknowledges that Trigger Points would not be enjoying the success of today, without support from others who worked beside her over the past three years. It is not surprising that Carla has such strong entrepreneurial spirit. Her parents ran and continue to run successful businesses as well. It must be in the genes. With all of this accomplished at such a young age, we can’t wait to see what the future has in store for Carla and Trigger Points! |
